2022年10月11日,炬光科技出席光電匯舉辦的主題直播——“光言萬(wàn)物”。在本次直播中,炬光科技應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品總監(jiān)顧維一發(fā)表題為《高功率半導(dǎo)體激光系統(tǒng)在泛半導(dǎo)體制程領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用 》的報(bào)告。

報(bào)告摘要

隨著激光技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,激光應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域在廣度和深度上不斷拓展,各行業(yè)對(duì)于加工效率以及加工精度也不斷提出更高的要求,進(jìn)而對(duì)高均勻度以及不同尺寸光斑的需求不斷增多。激光光斑從傳統(tǒng)的“點(diǎn)”已經(jīng)逐漸發(fā)展為加工效率更高的“線”和“面”。

炬光科技結(jié)合自身“產(chǎn)生光子”、“調(diào)控光子”的能力,設(shè)計(jì)出的高均勻度、光斑形狀可定制的高可靠性光子應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)已被廣泛應(yīng)用在先進(jìn)顯示、集成電路、鋰電池制造、玻璃和光伏等泛半導(dǎo)體制程中以實(shí)現(xiàn)更高的加工效率和提高生產(chǎn)良率,具體應(yīng)用于OLED 制程中的激光剝離,集成電路制程中的激光退火、新型顯示制程中的巨量焊接等泛半導(dǎo)體制程領(lǐng)域。

演講人:顧維一,炬光科技應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品總監(jiān)。畢業(yè)于西安工業(yè)大學(xué)電信學(xué)院,工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位,在激光應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域有超過(guò)十年的從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),專注于高功率半導(dǎo)體激光系統(tǒng)在先進(jìn)制造和泛半導(dǎo)體領(lǐng)域的產(chǎn)品和應(yīng)用開(kāi)發(fā),先后主導(dǎo)了炬光科技DLight H、DLight S及FLux H系列高功率半導(dǎo)體激光系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)。
